These postmarks use the Italian language, with the appearance of the word "Raccomandato" or “consegna"; they are later changed to the French language with the Cappearance of the word “Raccoma0ndé”. They are used on registered mail on which special postmarks for information were put. If the receiver was not found, the message would be sent back to the sender and had a special post rate.
