Mina El-Basal is an important district located in the west of Alexandria city and includes Werdian, El-Kebari, El-Mefrawaza, and Kafer Ashri areas. The Tersana Building belonging to the Egyptian Ministry of Defense is also in this area. The Borsa Building in Alexandria is bordered from the west by El-Agami district, from the east by Central district, and from the north by the Mediterranean Sea.
