Commemorative Post

Starting in 1925, all Egyptian stamps were printed by the Survey Department presses in Giza. In early April of 1925, the Egyptian government issued the first commemorative collection on the occasion of holding the International Geographical Congress in Cairo. This collection consisted of three values, and the Survey Department succeeded in overcoming all obstacles. The print was perfect.
