Abu Qurqas is home to ‘Antar’s Stable’ which comprises thirty-nine tombs carved from rock, including many inscriptions that document daily life during the era of the Middle State. There are also temples in Abu Qurqas that have ancient Egyptian drawings depicting physical sports. This is in addition to the Beni Hassan monuments.
