This eleventh type is defined by the presence of a star above the date band. It was used at a small number of post offices from 1907 onwards, some lasting until 1923. These post offices included ASWAN, ISMAILIA, LUQSOR, MANSURA, PORT SAID, PORT TAUFIQ, SALAH EL DIN, ALEXANDRI(A?), SUEZ, TANTA, and ZAGAZIG.
